A TOTAL of 35 children from the Andap Day Care Center were given a rare treat by Children’s Joy Foundation Japan in a feeding and gift-giving activity held last August 28 in Andap, New Bataan, Compostela Vallley. CJF Japan volunteers Kazuhiro Ohirra and Lenito Jaballa interacted with the children who enjoyed the fun games and prizes. They were also filled with food, bread, drinks and dessert to complete the morning experience. The Andap Day Care Center, funded by CJF Japan, was turned over to the barangay last July 21, 2015. It was the first-ever community facility built within the village after Typhoon Pablo struck it and caused a massive devastation in 2012. Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD) officer Beverly Jane B. Dela Pena said CJF Japan for giving Andap a day care center and for their special treat for the children
